Outslide is in development. The public website is Coming soon; pre-release tests are available only to authorized testers. A feature below is available only if offered in the installed version. These terms do not create an account, authorize a payment or constitute marketing consent.

1. Who these terms cover

These terms cover Outslide, its official website and game services operated by Bending X - FZE, Dubai. The operator address supplied by Bending X is Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. Contact support@bending-x.com for Outslide support, privacy or account deletion. The game is in development; the public website is a Coming soon preview. A feature described below is available only when offered in your installed version. These terms do not create an account, authorize a purchase or give marketing consent.

2. Age and parents

Outslide is a puzzle game intended for children and older players. A store content rating describes the content; it does not establish the legal age for creating an account or authorizing payment. Children may play age-appropriate gameplay. If local law requires an adult to agree to these terms or authorize an online feature, a parent or guardian must do so. Purchases require the payment account holder’s permission. No parent should rely on a content rating as proof of parental consent.

3. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play Outslide for non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the applicable store rules. You do not acquire ownership of the game, its artwork, music, code or brand. Applicable open-source licences and rights permitted by law remain unaffected. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the licence for the iOS app unless a valid custom agreement is supplied through the App Store; these service terms supplement it and do not override it.

4. Guest play and optional login

Guest progress may be kept on your device. Removing the app, clearing app data or losing the device can remove local progress. Where cloud accounts are available, use the same explicitly linked Outslide account on each platform. An Apple account and a Google account are not automatically one Outslide account merely because their email addresses match. Do not share authentication credentials. Available cloud features, offline limitations and any account requirement for purchase protection must be explained before you use them.

5. Purchases and virtual items

A purchase is optional. The store displays the product, quantity and local price before checkout and processes the payment. Undos and Coins packs are consumable game resources: using them reduces the balance. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable to another player. Server verification may be required before an item is credited or spent. Repeated delivery of the same order does not create another entitlement. We do not promise a new grant of resources already consumed.

6. Restore, cross-platform use and refunds

The Restore function restores eligible non-consumable purchases, such as No Ads, under the original store’s rules. It does not recreate spent Undo or Coins packs. A remaining verified balance can continue on another device or platform only through a supported linked Outslide cloud account. Guest saves and unrelated store accounts do not establish that link. Request store refunds through Apple or Google, or contact us if delivery fails. A verified refund can remove the associated entitlement or adjust resources previously granted. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

7. What No Ads means

Free campaign play requires an Internet connection for advertising. No Ads + Offline Mode is a one-time non-consumable purchase that removes forced ads and unlocks offline campaign play. Existing No Ads purchasers receive the same offline access without another purchase. Connect once on each device to verify or restore ownership. Cloud synchronization, purchases, shared-wallet spending and optional rewarded videos require Internet.

The product description must identify which ads No Ads removes before checkout. Optional rewarded videos may remain available only when you choose to watch them; buying No Ads does not require watching a rewarded video. An entitlement called “forever” has no recurring charge and applies for the supported life of the Outslide service; it is not a promise that the service will operate indefinitely. We will not silently convert a one-time purchase into a subscription.

8. Rewards, lives and gameplay

Rules and prices shown in the game govern the specific action: for example, one Undo reverses one eligible move, while Retry may consume a life. The interface must show any resource cost before you confirm it. Rewards require their stated completion conditions and may require verification. A failed or unavailable ad is not proof of an earned reward. Corrections of a technical error do not authorize duplicate grants or arbitrary removal of valid paid resources.

9. Ads and optional messages

Advertising availability depends on the installed version, audience protections, consent where required and provider availability. A missing ad must not force an unauthorized purchase. Notification permission, optional login and acceptance of these terms do not by themselves consent to marketing. Newsletter and notification choices are separate, and can be changed through the available controls described in the privacy notice.

10. Fair use

Do not exploit the service to forge purchases, replay rewards, alter authoritative balances, access another player’s account or disrupt the servers. Do not copy or redistribute protected game content without permission. Restrictions do not prohibit acts allowed by applicable law, open-source licences or legitimate security reporting. We may proportionately restrict abusive access, explain the reason when permitted, and provide a way to dispute a mistake through support.

11. Privacy and deletion

The privacy notice describes data handling and available deletion requests. Signing out, deleting local app data and requesting account deletion are different actions. Before account deletion, we must explain its effect on progress, remaining resources and recoverability. A deletion request does not automatically request a store refund. Records that must be retained for a specific legal or security purpose are subject to the disclosed retention policy; they must not be used to keep sending marketing.

12. Updates, availability and beta testing

We may update levels and software to fix problems and improve the game. We must respect valid purchases and applicable consumer rights. Temporary outages and features in development may affect availability. Beta releases may contain errors and use store test environments; the testing interface must distinguish test purchases from real purchases. Participation in a beta does not grant automatic access to future releases or turn a test purchase into a paid production entitlement.

13. Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights for faulty digital content. We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support about missing items or incorrect charges; do not send passwords, private device credentials or complete payment-card details.

14. Changes and applicable law

We will date material revisions and notify users when required. Changes do not retroactively authorize a charge, remove a valid entitlement or replace required consent. Mandatory protections of your country of residence apply, including any right to bring a dispute before a competent local court.
