COMING SOON · PRE-RELEASE INFORMATION
Delete your Outslide account and data
Updated 9 October 2026
Request account or data deletion
For Outslide, email support@bending-x.com — request deletion. If you cannot use the email link, copy the address and use the subject “Outslide account and data deletion”. This route is available without logging in or installing the app. It also accepts parental requests.
What to include
- Say whether you want to delete an Outslide cloud account, guest cloud data, or make a parental data request.
- For an account, provide the email used to sign in and the login provider, if known. For guest data, say that you play without login; we will explain a proportionate way to identify the installation.
- Tell us if you no longer have access to the app or email. We may need to verify ownership before changing protected data.
Do not send passwords, full card details, private keys or authentication/deletion tokens. Bending X - FZE, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai handles the request and confirms its scope and outcome.
What deletion means
Once ownership and scope are verified, the request covers the associated profile, cloud progress, rewards and device/push associations. Account deletion can remove remaining resources and cloud recovery. Logout and uninstalling alone do not request cloud deletion. A local-only save can be cleared through available app controls or device app-data deletion.
Necessary purchase/refund and anti-duplicate evidence is handled separately. Relevant real financial records follow the seven-year fiscal retention described in the privacy policy; this does not justify keeping every gameplay detail. Retained records are not used for marketing. Deletion does not automatically request a store refund or delete your independent Apple or Google account.
Current pre-release status
The public Coming soon site does not create accounts. Authorized testers can use this contact route or an available in-app deletion control. The final automatic cleanup flow is still being tested. Sending a request or closing access does not mean every provider or cleanup phase has completed; we confirm the outcome and explain any necessary retained records.
